EA888 Gen 3 engine tuning is written to your car and your fuel, not pulled off a shelf — built around the hardware actually fitted and verified with logging. DSG transmission tuning covers the DQ250, DQ381 and DQ500 gearboxes, adjusting clutch pressure, torque limits, shift speed and launch behaviour to match the engine tune. Raising engine output without addressing transmission calibration is a reliable way to shorten a clutch pack's life.
